Shipping policy

We are currently offering UK only delivery. We are working hard to expand our offering to EU and US (planned by early 2026). More details on delivery in those regions will be provided in due course. 

At Aura Alcove Design, we are pleased to offer FREE delivery across UK Mainland on all our products. 

Delivery Timeframes

We offer two types of products, each with different delivery timelines:

  • Standard Products: Delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of order.
    If your item has not arrived within 10 business days, please email us at info@auraalcovedesign.com and our team will assist you.

  • Made to Order / Made on Demand Products: These bespoke items are handcrafted and typically delivered within 3 to 12 weeks from the date of order. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order throughout the production and delivery stages.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted national and international courier services to ensure your item arrives safely, including:

  • Evri

  • DHL

  • Yodel

  • GLS

  • Royal Mail

Please note: We also work with other couriers time to time depending on the business needs. 

Delivery Coverage

We currently provide FREE delivery within the UK Mainland only.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following areas at this time:

  • British Forces Post Office (BF10AA–BF19ZZ)

  • Guernsey (GY00AA–GY99ZZ, GY000AA–GYWY9ZZ)

  • Isle of Man (IM00AA–IM99ZZ, IM000AA–IMWY9ZZ)

  • Jersey (JE00AA–JE99ZZ, JE000AA–JEWY9ZZ)

  • Outer Hebrides (HS00AA–HS99ZZ)

  • Isle of Wight (PO300AA–PO419ZZ)

  • Truro – Scilly Isles (TR210AA–TR259ZZ)

  • Shetland (ZE10AA–ZE39ZZ)

  • Various parts of Perth, Argyll, Highlands, Kilmarnock, Kirkwall, and Orkney (see postcode list)
